Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct resources for the Access Baptist Call Center on a twenty-four-hour basis. Manage assigned staff, oversee budget responsibility, and ensure efficient resource utilization while monitoring quality and quantity of services. Achieve quality outcomes through performance improvement initiatives and maintain positive working relationships with staff and system departments. Perform all duties of Call Center Staff Nurse as needed and complete established position competencies within the designated introductory period. Maintain equipment and purchase necessary resources. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, five years of acute care experience, and a current Texas State license for Registered Nurse.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
- 5 years acute care experience
- Possession of current Texas State license for Registered Nurse
- Do you have at least 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or director in the ED
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing, Business or Related Field
- 3-5 years progressively responsible management experience
- Previous House Officer, Case Management or Patient Placement experience
- Relocation Assistance Available - Possible for ideal candidate
