Job Summary
Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing resources for the Access Baptist Call Center on a 24-hour basis. Responsibilities include budgeting and financial stewardship; efficient and effective resource utilization; recruitment and effective/efficient management of staff; achieving quality outcomes; performance improvement; monitoring of quality and quantity of services; maintaining positive working relationships with staff and System departments and managers; and purchasing and maintaining equipment. Performs all duties of Call Center Staff Nurse as needed. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current Texas State license for Registered Nurse (RN)
- 5 years acute care experience
- Previous house officer, case management or patient placement experience (preferred)
- Master’s Degree (preferred)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
- 5 years acute care experience
- 3-5 years progressively responsible management experience (preferred)
- Texas State license for Registered Nurse (required)
