Job Summary
Manage the multi-country Relief EU project, including contract formalization, stakeholder reporting, and budget planning. Ensure operational quality control for all Atlas Logistics emergency deployments, coordinate funding initiatives, and facilitate transition planning for field missions. Lead briefings for expatriates, mobilize resources for urgent responses, and contribute to capacity building in project management and MEAL. This four-month contract starts September 1, 2026, based in Lyon. The role supports Handicap International's humanitarian strategy within the ATLAS direction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in humanitarian project management in an emergency context
- Knowledge of major emergency donors and project engineering
- Degree in International Cooperation, Political Science, Social Sciences, or Humanitarian Project Management
- French language skills (written and spoken)
- English language skills (written and spoken)
- Autonomy
- Sense of priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure
