Job Summary
Casual Emergency Department Technician role in Whitehall, WI assisting in the Emergency Department and Ambulance setting; deliver patient care in emergent situations, assist with local 911 runs and transfers to hospitals, and support tasks delegated by RN. Starting pay $19.05/hour with growth opportunities; includes development opportunities and experience as an EMT. Candidates should be high school diploma equivalency, EMT-Basic or higher with relevant experience, valid driver's license, BLS CPR, and CEVO/EVOC certification within 1 year.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- EMT-Basic or higher with at least 1 year of prior EMT or direct patient care experience desired
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS CPR for Health Care Providers (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Valid certified emergency vehicle operator (CEVO or EVOC) within 1 year of hire
