Job Summary
Collaborate with nursing staff to perform delegated tasks and assist in patient care under RN supervision. Maintain knowledge of Emergency Patient Care protocols and support pre-hospital/EMS/Fire and Rescue policies. Provide direct and indirect patient care while functioning as part of the team to support ED Receptionist registration. Demonstrate calm professionalism during crises and uphold full scope of practice within licensure and certifications. Requires current Vermont EMT-B or LNA license, BLS certification, and five years of relevant experience. Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Current Vermont EMT-B or higher license
- Current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Desired Qualifications
- Five (5) years' experience as EMT-B or LNA (preferred)
