Emergency Department RN Nights $51.80/hr StaffFlex Contract

The Emergency Department RN will deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in the ED, supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff, and apply assessment-planning-implementation-evaluation processes to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include collecting and documenting patient data, developing individualized evidence-based care plans, implementing interventions safely and timely, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient placement and care transitions. Requires strong clinical judgment, English fluency, and the ability to navigate hospital systems; 36 hours per week with a nights shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
