Job Summary
Provide patient care in the Mercy South Emergency Department using the nursing process; collaborate with ED physicians and other departments; participate in a 16-week Nurse Residency program for new graduates; hold or obtain Missouri RN licensure (or compact licensure); work full-time night shift (36 hours/week) in a 63-bed ED that is a Level 2 Trauma Center with Stroke/STEMI certifications; benefits include day-one medical/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, and a sign-on bonus for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Missouri RN license and/or compact licensure
- Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact state
- Participation in Nurse Residency program (Graduate Nurse Residency)
- Ability to work night shift (6:00pm-6:30am)
- Night shift and full-time status as stated in job posting
