Emergency Department RN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through the nursing process, collecting data on psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to set measurable goals, modify care plans based on evidence-based practice, and coordinate discharge planning while documenting all phases in patient records. Maintain critical thinking skills to make skilled procedures and care decisions in a fast-paced emergency environment.
