Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including Level 1 trauma designation and up to Level 1 trauma care, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while contributing to secure quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation during clinical orientation. This onsite full-time role requires a registered nurse with at least six months of experience, BLS certification, and a valid license. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
