Emergency Department RN provides patient-centered care in the ED, administering medications and documenting care throughout the nursing process. Develops, evaluates, and updates individualized plans of care, communicates needs to patients and families, facilitates discharge/transfer planning, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Utilizes technology and policy guidance (e.g., SSH policies), maintains professional development, and collaborates with the care team to deliver effective, evidence-based nursing across acute-care scenarios.
