Emergency Department Director (RN)

Operate the Emergency Department through operational, clinical, and administrative leadership while maintaining competency via regular clinical shifts. Promote high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by driving performance improvement initiatives, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Manage the department as a key member of the nursing leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Requires a BSN, three to five years of ED nursing experience, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Located in Newberry County, SC at a 90-bed acute care hospital.
