Emergency Department Clinical Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a broad spectrum of emergencies including cardiopulmonary arrest, trauma, and motor vehicle accidents. Educate patients and families on illness management, injury care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. Work in a constant state of alertness as a safety-sensitive position within a Magnet-recognized emergency department offering critical and pediatric services.
