Emergency Department Clinical Nurse providing direct patient care in Memorial Shiloh Emergency Department. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care; promoting patient- and family-centered care; ensuring communication across the care continuum; and supporting the BJC RN Career Ladder with professional development and adherence to standards of nursing care. Requires RN licensure, with Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree as the minimum education and BSN preferred; night shift and safety-sensitive role noted; magnet-recognized environment and emphasis on top-of-license practice and advancement opportunities.
