Emergency Department Charge Nurse Nights

Act as a resource nurse for the Emergency Department, providing direct patient care and leading staff members on designated nights. Coordinate patient flow, determine staffing fluctuations, and address immediate staff issues while overseeing employees performing related work. Manage care for acute cardiovascular, neurovascular, traumatic, and psychiatric patients across a 41-bed unit serving 160+ daily patients. Occasional weekends and holidays are required for this full-time 36-hour position.
