Job Summary
Lead a specific business or clinical unit by supporting the nurse manager, engaging staff in shared governance decision-making, and ensuring clinical processes function as intended. Manage human and material resources, assist with budget development, and hold staff accountable for performance standards through observation and coaching. Promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and staff retention while modeling professional nursing leadership and representing the organization to the community. Work nights in Columbia County, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree, RN license, and three years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- National certification in nursing administration
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
