Job Summary
iFlex RN role delivering nursing care across multiple units within Intermountain’s network. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; developing individualized care plans; providing or delegating patient care per care plans and licensure; preparing patients for discharge with education, referrals, and follow-up; and maintaining accurate documentation. Role requires adaptablity, rotation to various units, and travel across locations, with a 3-month assignment and potential for multiple assignments per year. Compensation includes $58–$65/hour base, with housing reimbursement for assignments more than 50 miles from home; full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ~2 years of ICU or Med/Surg experience
- Travel requirements to multiple sites across Intermountain network
- Intermountain iFlex RN role requires flexibility and float to other units as needed
