Job Summary
The EMEAI Inside Sales Team Supervisor leads a team of Inside Sales specialists focused on qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound campaigns across strategic market segments (robotics, medical, aerospace and defense, and other factory automation areas). Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team on calling effectiveness and productivity, facilitating onboarding and ongoing education, maintaining robust CRM data, developing and executing outbound campaign calendars, and collaborating with global marketing, applications engineering, and customer service teams. The role emphasizes data-driven performance analysis, coaching to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion, and managing performance against KPIs with regular 1-on-1s, compensation planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales or customer service in a direct B2B industrial market
- At least 2 years of experience directly managing or executing inbound lead qualification and/or outbound call campaigns
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; ability to create and manage campaign target lists (build and concatenate) and analyze campaign results to identify key insights
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to drive team performance through effective daily management and personal coaching
- Clear communication, selling, presentation, and relationship leadership skills
- Experience with Salesforce and other standard B2B CRM and analytical tools
