Job Summary
Wealth Management, Lending Product Owner leads end-to-end product lifecycle, shaping product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing backlog, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver valuable lending products. Owns discovery, validates assumptions with user feedback, conducts agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), leads testing and release management,Mentors product analysts/associates, collaborates with multiple departments, drives design thinking to de-risk investments, and focuses on scalable, resilient product delivery and superior client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Post-Graduate with minimum 5-10 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services, including at least 3 years in a similar role & profile
- Expertise in defining, building out product strategy and roadmap
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Data analytics and digital skills to enable business transformation
- Market & Product knowledge across products, systems and end-to-end processes
- Continuous Improvement using innovation and design thinking
