Job Summary

Execute the migration of tax filings and internal processes for EMEA markets, with special focus on Poland and France. Extract and review data from SAP to prepare local filings, coordinate information flow with local finance teams and advisors, and ensure timely submission of returns to tax authorities. Manage tax payment thresholds and collaborate with Bacardi Enterprise Services to correct data or redesign processes as needed. Prepare monthly and yearly reconciliations, document electronic invoicing implementations, and stay updated on legal changes impacting filings. Collaborate on audit preparations and process improvements. Requires fluency in English, SAP proficiency, and 2–3 years of tax filing experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree Accounting or Business Administration
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Previous experience in tax filings/returns: 2-3 years at least
  • Previous accounting experience beyond tax: 2-3 years at least
  • Previous experience with SAP is a must
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel) and MS SharePoint
  • Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences

Desired Qualifications

  • another language is a plus
  • Polish/French VAT tax filings experience: preferable
  • Experience with tax technology is preferable
  • Experience with Corporate Income Tax calculation (current and deferred tax), and CIT filing is a plus
  • Previous experience in Shared Services environment- preferred
  • Big 4 previous experience- preferred
