EMEA Transaction Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary
Execute EMEA real estate portfolio plans by analyzing demand, utilization, and financial performance to optimize footprint and reduce costs. Independently manage assigned transactions end-to-end, including new leases, renewals, and exits, while coordinating brokers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. Prepare business cases and approval documentation in accordance with delegation of authority processes, ensuring compliance with lease accounting requirements and corporate governance standards. Analyze lease economics, cash flow impacts, and P&L implications to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Build effective relationships with business leaders, Finance, Legal, HR, and Procurement partners within a global, matrixed environment. Approximately 25% travel within EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, commercial real estate advisory, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing real estate transactions or defined workstreams with increasing independence
- Strong understanding of lease structures, real estate cash flows, and financial metrics
- Proficiency with lease administration platforms (e.g., CoStar) and strong Excel-based financial modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present financial insights clearly
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Structured problem-solving capability
- Attention to detail and data integrity
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Sound commercial judgment
- High level of personal integrity and accountability
- Approximately 25% travel within EMEA
