EMEA Test Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Lead a team of individual contributors designing engineering solutions and coordinating projects to test and evaluate systems, equipment, and devices. Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met. Communicate project status, escalate issues to managers and partners, and manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers to ensure quality and schedule adherence. Proactively identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities while providing people-care management, including hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development. Work in a hybrid model, spending an average of two days per week in an HPE office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- 5 or more years of related work experience
- 0 -2 years of people management experience
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more HPE test executive platforms, including Diagonal, XTEE, and Solar
- Ability to drive test strategy, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting test engineering activities in partnership with Regional Service Partners (RSPs) across multiple geographic regions
- Coordination of test deployment, issue resolution, and operational alignment
- Demonstrated ability to standardize and optimize test processes across global manufacturing sites and external partners
- Strong understanding of manufacturing test infrastructure, test automation, data analysis, and production test methodologies in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
- Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage human capital across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills
- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Mastery in English and local language
- Good understanding of the company's policies and processes
- Work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office
