Job Summary
EMEA Tax Operations Manager – Vice President within JPMorgan Chase leads end-to-end UK CT tax reporting and EMEA tax services delivery, acting as the primary UK CT technical contact for internal/external stakeholders, overseeing CT600 processes, tax oversight framework enhancements, and onboarding new clients. Drives timely and accurate UK CT and EMEA tax reporting, builds relationships with outsourced providers, and leads tax-related projects globally, including new services/product implementations. Manages client onboarding workshops, defines gaps and milestones, ensures quality control and change management with Tax Product/Development teams and auditors, and maintains strong client/auditor relationships in the context of tax services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Tax Operations or Advisory role
- Deep tax technical expertise on UK Corporation Tax and knowledge of EMEA Tax reporting
- Experience in implementing new services and onboarding clients
- Very good understanding of UK fund accounting, tax and financial reporting standards with knowledge of fund structures and financial instruments
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
