EMEA Services Strategy Sr. Director (Remote, GBR)

Job Summary
Lead execution of the EMEA services strategy across consulting services, incident response, risk advisory, red team assessment, and training; drive go-to-market initiatives with sales and sales engineering; represent the business in executive briefings, client meetings, partner events, and thought leadership activities; provide delivery oversight by aligning resources, supporting revenue attainment, and strengthening delivery performance across the region; shape regional services operating model to improve scalability, consistency, and alignment with strategic growth priorities; build trusted relationships with client executives, partners, and internal stakeholders; align regional priorities with senior leadership and manage risks and issues affecting execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- A master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity programs
- Strong expertise in risk management, cyber resilience, threat intelligence, Security Operations, red team, DFIR, readiness, and technical assessment methodologies
- Experience engaging CxO audiences on cyber security, resilience and risk topics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality consulting and advisory projects
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organizational structure and lead cross-functional teams
