Job Summary
EMEA Servicer Evaluations role within S&P Global Ratings focuses on ranking and analyzing mortgage, loan, and servicing clients. You will collect, analyze, and synthesize client data to propose new rankings or changes consistent with analytic approaches; prepare committee presentations; publish rationales, market commentaries, and industry reports; maintain databases and internal systems; and work cross-functionally with publishing, operations, communications, and marketing teams. The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical and time-management skills, client relationship management, and the ability to travel (minimum two days per week in-office requirement). The position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/operations/business management/communications/English and 4+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing or related fields, along with strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities, advanced Excel skills, and willingness to incorporate AI into analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, economics, operations, business management, communications, or English
- 4+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing, operations, audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages, or commercial or consumer credit
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and AI
- Ability to make decisions and contribute to initiatives independently while collaborating in a global, multicultural environment
- Travel willingness and ability
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work while leveraging team resources
