EMEA Servicer Evaluations

Role involves collecting, analyzing client data to propose rankings, preparing committee presentations to reflect servicer capabilities, writing rationales and press releases to publicly announce ranking actions, and maintaining systems of record and databases. You will collaborate with RMBS, CMBS, and other ratings teams, publish market commentaries and industry reports, and support the ranking process with strong MS Office and AI-enabled analysis. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel. The role also entails in-person office presence, with a minimum of two days per week on-site in the assigned location (London or Milan) and cross-functional collaboration across North America and EMEA.
