Job Summary
EMEA - Sales Development Representative at AIRS Medical. Responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities as the first point of contact, prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads. Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, emails, site visits, and social selling; qualify inbound leads; schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records; collaborate with sales and marketing to align on messaging and lead generation strategies; provide feedback on lead quality and market insights; aim to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales pipeline development.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible mentality, and eager to learn and grow in sales
- Adaptability to changing environments and to quickly learn new processes and tools
- Resilience to handle objections and rejections with persistence
