Job Summary
EMEA Regulatory Consultant based in the UK to provide subject-matter expertise on EU/UK AML/CTF, KYC, KYB, sanctions, and PSD2 for financial services, fintech, payments, marketplaces, and crypto. Role includes regulatory research, translating developments into actionable internal and product guidance, supporting regulatory engagements and audits, and partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure products meet EU/UK regulatory expectations. Strong hands-on compliance operations experience and ability to distill complex regulatory developments into practical guidance are required, with opportunities to contribute to thought leadership and external representation.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15+ years of experience in AML, financial crimes compliance, payments regulation, or regulatory advisory roles within EU/UK markets.
