EMEA Regional Test Engineer

Job Summary
EMEA Regional Test Engineer responsible for planning and arranging labor, schedules, equipment and diagnostics for testing and evaluating devices; develops test plans, leads test teams, designs and implements cost-effective test methods and automation; collaborates with R&D and management, mentors junior staff, and ensures end-to-end manufacturing test efficiency and First Pass Yield while applying Linux/Windows server knowledge, scripting, and data-driven analysis to validate designs and troubleshoot systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Typically 4-6 years experience
- Experience with testing tools, automation, and software packages
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows based servers services
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Using testing tools and software packages to automate test processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of material properties and hardware and electrical component design
- Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
