EMEA Regional Lead

Job Summary

Manage Regional Functional Leads and 10 staff across 14+ offices to ensure consistent reporting, coordination, and facility management delivery meeting contractual obligations. Support the Global Account Director in driving P&L, risk, energy targets, and account SLAs & KPIs while developing annual client plans and managing IFM budgets. Represent JLL in internal and external networking forums, attend governance meetings, and resolve property management issues through regular operational forums. Work with regional HR leads on recruitment, performance management, training, and succession planning for direct reports and client service delivery staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior account leadership role responsible for complex account structure running teams across multiple countries and/or multiple teams
  • Strong general management experience, minimum of 8+ years in the business and operations
  • Proven track record in generating growth through business development
  • Attention to detail and experienced first focus
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship skills
  • Willing to turn up onsite 3-4 days a week, as needed
  • Demonstrated strong people management skills
  • Hands on coaching

Desired Qualifications

  • Ideally bringing key understandings of robust CAFM management
  • Strong H&S and security compliance understanding
  • Ideally large country or regional cross-country account experience
  • Looking for next level of responsibility with a large, complex account
  • Qualifications in Engineering or relevant field preferred but not essential
  • Think hotel style experience for workplace
