Job Summary
Regional EHS&S Leader for EMEA responsible for developing and executing the regional EHSS strategy, leading site EHSS resources in the region, monitoring performance metrics, and driving improvement. Key duties include establishing regional KPIs, coordinating regional EHSS communication plans, organizing training programs, supporting audit activities (1st–3rd party), engaging global competency leaders, aiding due diligence during site acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ISO 14001/RC14001 standards. Requires collaboration with regional site management and extensive travel (25-40%). Preferred Bachelor’s degree in safety/health/security with CSP certification and 10+ years of EHS&S experience; strong leadership, communication, and integrity skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Health, and Security strongly desired
- CSP (certified safety professional) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Environmental, Health, Safety and Security fields
- Regional knowledge of EHS&S regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 or RC14001 Management System standards
- Manufacturing Engineering, Process Safety Management, and Operations experience strongly desired
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and implement given instructions
- Unquestioned ethics and integrity including the ability to work on confidential matters
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Willingness to travel 25-40% regionally
