Job Summary
Associate Product Controller in the EMEA Rates team delivering accurate P&L and Market Risk reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing daily P&L and risk metrics, validating P&L explanations (Volcker attributions, higher-order effects, residuals), performing month-end close reconciliations between P&L Aggregator and General Ledger, designing and implementing controls to improve P&L production efficiency, participating in projects to meet Product Control requirements, delivering daily/weekly/monthly P&L commentary to senior management, resolving cash-flow breaks with Financial Control, partnering with the business to implement robust controls, and coordinating with front and back office to resolve reporting issues. Required:Experience in Product Control or related fields; Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; proactive process-improvement mindset; excellent communication skills. Preferred: knowledge of financial products; advanced Excel (VBA coding). London, United Kingdom.
