EMEA Product Experience Manager - Senior Associate

Job Summary
Own and lead the EMEA product experience strategy and roadmap for the New Product Experience (NPE), including Fund Explorer and Product Detail Pages. Set regional priorities and drive delivery outcomes by partnering with stakeholders to align on shared platform direction. Act as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, defining epics, writing user stories, and prioritizing work for efficient execution. Translate complex business needs into scalable requirements while driving continuous optimization using data and insight to improve findability and user experience. Lead digital delivery for regulatory changes and build partnerships with the Chief Data Office to reflect product requirements in data priorities. Communicate technical concepts into business impact to support fast, informed decisions across Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of financial products with previous experience and knowledge of SICAVs, OEICs, Investment Trusts, ETFs, Alternatives and UCITs funds
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure across projects & initiatives to meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Team player, with a very strong work ethic and high energy level
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs in enterprise environments
- A natural solution-provider, with ability to manage own workload in an efficient and structured manner
- Experience in digital marketing / e-commerce within multinational organisation, agency or online retailer
- Including extensive CMS product knowledge and experience of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- A working appreciation for UX, SEO and web analytics – understands how different audiences have different requirements with the ability to recognise user needs and layout pages to meet them
- Be an advocate for digital transformation across the business; continuously look to identify opportunities to improve our regional and global digital experiences
