Job Summary
Capital Program Lead for Continental Europe responsible for ensuring rigorous reporting, process, and handover protocols for all European capital projects. Oversee governance standards, standardize project processes and reporting, monitor regional portfolios and interdependencies, manage budgets and financial reporting, and act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders. Requires experience in managing complex programs with cross-functional teams, understanding European regulatory environments, and delivering consistent program governance across Principal, Agency, and Small Works in Continental Europe. Open to commuting to Madrid, Spain or Rome, Italy. Education includes a Bachelor's degree and PM certification is a plus; 7+ years in project/program management within multinational contexts are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, with a focus on compliance and oversight, preferably within a multinational context
