Job Summary
Senior Associate in EMEA Planning and Analysis within Asset Management Finance. Delivers weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and analysis for senior management; prepares materials for business reviews and key presentations; performs variance analysis with clear commentary on results versus forecasts; produces monthly flow forecasts and assists with annual flows budget; analyzes Asset Management activity-based costing results; coordinates sales metric scorecards; collaborates with EMEA Client CFOs, FP&A, and sales teams to support objectives; drives projects to enhance global consistency, streamline processes, and introduce automation; supports MIS reporting system implementation and use; maintains data accuracy and controls; fosters a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Preferred qualifications include CFA/CPA/MBA and experience with Tableau or Python; experience supporting sales or Asset Management; proven process-improvement and automation capabilities; global/regional finance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Significant experience in Financial Services.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial applications such as Essbase and Alteryx.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Highly motivated, diligent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and utilize MIS reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and ability to link results to business activities.
- Team player who builds trusted partnerships with Business, Finance, and FP&A teams.
