Job Summary
Payroll Specialist I for EMEA region (UK - NIR, Derry) responsible for full-service payroll processing for high-level managed payroll customers within an outsourcing environment. Serve as client advocate, manage ticketed inquiries, assist with pay components and reports for client use, participate in client calls and transitions, provide training on Workday and OSV payroll processing, support payroll deployments and cutovers, and lead/supported special projects. Must maintain professional client relationships, demonstrate strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and comply with background checks. Preferred: CIPP certification and ability to work independently within a team; strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- CIPP Certified Payroll Professional certification required (at time of hire or within 6 months)
- 3+ years payroll experience
