EMEA Payroll Lead

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the UK and EMEA, managing delivery via CloudPay and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee relationships with Employer of Record providers, handling SLA management and issue resolution while acting as the payroll SME for Workday HCM integrations and updates. Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and labor regulations across multiple countries by partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal on inputs and escalations. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation within the region. Requires 5+ years of UK & EMEA payroll experience, including proven work with EOR models and CloudPay.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UK & EMEA payroll experience

- Proven experience working with EOR models across multiple jurisdictions
- Hands-on experience with CloudPay
- Familiarity with Workday HCM
- Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll compliance and statutory requirements
