Job Summary
Support the EMEA Field Marketing team with the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of events across the region, including DigiCert-hosted events, roadshows, trade shows, executive briefings, webinars, and partner-led activity. Coordinate event logistics, including venue liaison, supplier management, registration tracking, event materials, speaker support, onsite requirements, budget tracking, and post-event follow-up. Provide onsite event support where required, helping ensure events run smoothly and deliver a strong experience for customers, prospects, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Support internal communications for EMEA marketing programmes, including event updates, briefing documents, sales enablement notes, timelines, follow-up actions, and post-event summaries. Assist with project management across multiple EMEA marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, owners, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly tracked. Support marketing performance measurement by helping collect, organise, and report on key campaign and event metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, feedback, and follow-up actions. Support the EMEA Partner Marketing function with marketing development fund administration, partner briefing coordination, partner event support, and campaign tracking. Help coordinate partner marketing activity, including gathering requirements, managing timelines, supporting approvals, tracking deliverables, and ensuring activity is aligned to agreed plans. Contribute to process improvements that help the EMEA Marketing team operate more efficiently and consistently across regions. Collaborate with global marketing, regional sales, partner teams, solution engineering, and external suppliers to support high-quality execution across EMEA campaigns and events. Fluent French language skills are strongly preferred, as this role has the potential to grow into a regional marketing management position supporting France.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent French language skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in both French and English
- Some marketing experience, gained through university studies, internships, work placements, agency experience, or a previous/current marketing role
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams at the same time
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working on event logistics, campaign timelines, budgets, reporting, and internal communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence producing clear updates, briefing notes, summaries, and stakeholder communications
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in both strategic projects and practical execution
- Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, partner marketing, and/or field marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different countries, functions, and time zones
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
