Job Summary
Senior legal professional based in Frankfurt responsible for documenting, reviewing and advising on general corporate lending matters across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, including large and mid-cap lending, investment-grade, direct lending, syndicated lending, restructurings and distressed debt. Expertise with European LMA-based lending documentation and German-law contract documentation; able to draft, analyze, summarize and present loan documents; provide risk assessment, guidance and negotiation support; deliver training to business teams and control functions; collaborate with Legal colleagues globally and with the London-based Investment Banking Lending Legal team; capable of handling a high volume of transactions independently in a fast-paced environment; fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice German law
- Member in good standing in jurisdiction of practice or in-house counsel registration rules
