EMEA Lead - Couriers

Job Summary
Regional leader to own and scale courier delivery growth across EMEA markets, including multiple regions, overseeing a 5+ member team and coordinating with Product, Marketing, Supply, and Operations. Define and execute growth strategy, develop SMB/SMB+ value propositions, design scalable go-to-market models (sales-led, hybrid, partnerships), manage unit economics and monetization, and drive cross-functional alignment to expand across diverse markets. Lead initiatives from idea to rollout, translate market signals into product requirements, and build regional capability while delivering measurable growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in consulting, tech, marketplaces, or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of owning and scaling business units or regions
- Experience working with SMB / mid-market clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
