EMEA Lead - Couriers

Job Summary
EMEA Lead role to own and scale courier delivery growth across markets including EMEA regions; lead a 5+ person team, define regional growth strategy, build scalable SMB+ offerings (100–5,000 deliveries per month), drive go-to-market models (sales-led, hybrid, partnerships), own unit economics and monetization, and align Product, Marketing, and Supply to accelerate expansion. The position requires building a scalable regional growth plan, identifying high-potential markets, and delivering cross-functional leadership to shape product direction and operational excellence. The role emphasizes strategic development, collaboration across geographies, and data-driven decision making to deliver sustained growth across diverse markets.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in consulting, tech, marketplaces, or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of owning and scaling business units or regions
- Strong experience in marketplace dynamics (supply-demand balance is a plus)
- Experience working with SMB / mid-market clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in multi-market / emerging markets is a strong plus
