EMEA Head of Markets Credit Solutions

EMEA-level strategic leadership role directing Markets Credit Solutions for Citi Wealth in a hybrid London-based setting. Lead end-to-end credit structuring and client coverage for tailored capital markets credit solutions, oversee complex deal execution, mentor underwriting teams, negotiate ISDA and other critical credit documents, and deliver actionable insights to optimize profitability and risk management. Partner with Markets Desk, Risk Analytics, and Lending to identify client needs, grow the credit portfolio, and promote platform capabilities. Responsible for client service excellence, governance of the credit lifecycle, and developing KPIs and dashboards for senior management. Requires senior-level experience in credit or capital markets, extensive product knowledge across derivatives, brokerage margin/prime finance, and related asset classes, with strong stakeholder management and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset. Track record of strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication to drive business growth within a regulated environment. Certification regime familiarity and Fit and Proper assessment will be conducted as part of regulatory requirements.
