Job Summary
Drive enterprise growth across EMEA by acquiring new Fortune 500 clients and expanding existing strategic accounts through consultative, executive-level selling. Lead the launch of the new AI-powered skills and capabilities platform, shaping go-to-market strategy and positioning early wins while maintaining revenue in advisory, content, and managed learning service lines. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to close, navigating C-suite stakeholders including Chief Learning Officers, HR leaders, procurement, and IT. Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting and territory planning, collaborating cross-functionally with solution architects and marketing teams to deliver transformational engagements. Report to the VP, Learning Solutions, with 20–50% regional client travel.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling learning, skills development, talent, or workforce transformation solutions
- Track record of winning new logo business in a B2B enterprise sales environment
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into one or more EMEA markets, with an understanding of regional buying dynamics
- Genuine interest in AI and its application to learning, skills, and capability development
- Understanding of corporate learning & development, talent management, or HR advisory markets
- Awareness of workforce transformation trends and the shift toward skills-based, AI-enabled organizations
- Comfortable and credible engaging stakeholders from C-suite through to C-suite-2
- Strong new business hunter instincts, balanced with account growth discipline
- Consultative, insight-led selling approach
- Executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote, distributed environment
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Must be able to travel 20-50% for client meetings and industry events
- Must be based in the UK
- Must be available for default working hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
