Job Summary
Executive Director, EMEA Firmwide Regional CDO Data Governance leading governance for the EMEA region under the Firmwide Chief Data & Analytics Office. Responsibilities include partnering with LOBs and corporate functions to align data governance with global policies and local regulatory requirements, leading BAU governance across LOBs/Legal Entities, promoting data culture, and coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Government Relations, Technology and Cybersecurity to oversee data-related regulatory initiatives and regional compliance. Requires proven data governance experience in financial services, a Bachelor’s degree, strong stakeholder-management and leadership abilities, and excellent written/verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Data Governance experience within financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently but not alone, in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with partners and other senior stakeholders to support the goals of the business
- Proven leadership and team management skills
