Job Summary

EMEA ex-UK Pensions & Benefits Specialist focused on advising on pension, benefit, and wellness programmes for non-UK offices within the region. Responsibilities include reviewing location benefit strategies, proposing enhancements and costs, selecting and onboarding vendors, presenting proposals to senior management, advising HR colleagues on implementation and annual renewals, developing programmes in line with global philosophy and local requirements, coordinating with HR Global Operations and related teams, monitoring risks, and supporting broader pensions and benefits work.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive pensions and benefits experience with evaluating offerings against market practice
  • Experience implementing or changing overseas pension plan design or strong UK pension experience in-house or consultancy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage varied priorities in a high-paced environment
  • Analytical, detail-oriented decision maker with thorough understanding of relevant facts
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; effective communicator at all levels internally and externally
  • Flexible approach to work across different locations and cultures
  • Desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges
