Job Summary

Lucid Software seeks an EMEA Enterprise Expansion Account Executive (Nordic Speakers) to lead strategic growth for existing Lucid customers across assigned EMEA territories. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, managing a book of large accounts, forecasting, cross-functional orchestration (Solution Engineers, BDRs, CSMs), and closing opportunities across multiple personas. Candidates should build expert knowledge of Lucid’s full collaboration suite, navigate competitive landscapes, and drive pipeline through activities such as cold calling, emailing, demos, negotiations, and aligned marketing efforts. The role combines remote work with in-person collaboration at the Amsterdam, NL office two days per week (Tue and Thu).

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales experience (as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role) in SaaS/software
  • Significant experience working with Enterprise-Grade customers
  • Ability to project manage complex sales cycles with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record in team-based selling & orchestration of strategic resources
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Professionally fluent in any Nordic languages
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
