Job Summary
Senior regional MEP engineering leadership across the UK and Europe, directly managing JLL's EMEA engineering team and coordinating vendor performance across the portfolio. Drive operational standards, technical excellence, and client satisfaction; oversee lifecycle planning, asset validation, and risk management; manage budgets, contracts, and cross-functional collaboration; travel across the EMEA region to support site operations and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in MEP engineering management
- Proven track record directly managing engineering teams and coordinating vendors across regional or multi-site portfolios
- Strong knowledge of building MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, BMS/controls, life safety) and European regulations
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) and/or CIBSE membership highly desirable
