Job Summary
Lead regional digital marketing execution across the EMEA region by translating global strategy into locally resonant campaigns, own regional digital performance, and build integrated marketing programs that connect sales, partners, events, and channels to drive funnel impact and revenue growth. Collaborate with regional sales, field marketing, and global campaign teams to accelerate MQL growth, optimize funnel conversion, regionalize content, manage event strategies, and ensure website and PPC performance align with regional targets. Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights for regional investment decisions and coordinate with global marcom to represent EMEA requirements in planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing with a regional or multi-country scope
- Proven track record of executing digital marketing programs that drove measurable pipeline contribution and MQL growth
- Experience with digital demand generation tools, CMS platforms, PPC/paid media management, and marketing performance analytics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and channel partner organizations to align and execute marketing programs
- Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for diverse regional audiences
