Job Summary
EMEA Demand Planner position based in Wroclaw, Poland, focusing on aligning the demand plan with the business plan across Europe, collaborating with Portfolio Leaders, Sales & Marketing, Supply Planners, and S&OP Managers; responsibilities include participating in S&OP, collecting and integrating Market Intelligence, coordinating demand-planning exceptions, supporting product lifecycle planning, optimizing forecasts within the planning tool, monitoring forecast performance, ensuring data integrity in the demand-planning system, forecasting finished goods for the EMEA region, performing what-if analyses, and contributing to continuous-improvement projects. Requires experience in demand/supply planning or forecasting, strong analytical abilities, ERP tool proficiency (Kinaxis, SAP/APO or similar), effective cross-functional collaboration, and fluent English. On-site role with a four-day-per-week office presence in the designated 3M office in Wroclaw; travel up to 10% domestically/internationally. Relocation not authorized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Materials Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or other planning-related roles
- Strong knowledge of demand-planning principles, forecasting methodologies, and business processes impacting demand generation
- Experience with demand-planning and ERP tools; familiarity with Kinaxis, SAP/APO, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions
- Experience managing forecast exceptions, performance metrics, and data-quality topics
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of driving process improvements
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
