Job Summary
EMEA Credit Portfolio Group (XVA) Product Control – Vice President leads the product control function for EMEA XVA, ensuring accurate financial and regulatory reporting, end-to-end P&L reconciliation, risk metrics analysis, and control environment improvement. Collaborates across trading, risk, operations, and technology to deliver reconciliations, management information, and change initiatives. Develops and leads a high-performing team, supporting technology, business, and regulatory change initiatives. Deep knowledge of interest rate derivatives, discounting concepts, and GAAP, with strong Excel skills and experience reconciling front office systems to the general ledger. Preferred qualifications include CPA/ACA/CFA/FRM and experience with Python or SQL.”,
