EMEA - Clinical Customer Success Manager/MTRA

Job Summary
Drive value for customers using SwiftMR by installing and configuring the MRI enhancement solution at new sites, optimizing MRI scan parameters, and integrating with customers' IT infrastructure; provide comprehensive product training to maximize outcomes; address inquiries about product performance and image quality; educate channel partners on installation and parameter setup; collaborate with Head of Customer Success and Business Development to align sales priorities and renewals; coordinate with Product Operations in Seoul for training and rollout timelines; travel primarily within the DACH region with some international travel; work-from-home with occasional business travel in South Germany.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree, radiographer qualification, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years as an MRI Application Specialist or Engineer
- expertise in MRI protocol optimization
- troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to MRI image quality
- interest in IT and willingness to learn about network and software troubleshooting
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage
- availability to travel primarily within the DACH region, with occasional trips to other EMEA locations and South Korea
